Encouraging the love of art in Brownwood and Brown County!
The Brownwood Art Association strives to foster a love of art right here in the heart of Texas. Our organization provides several activities each month which enables our community to experience art in unique and fun ways that are both educational and inspiring. Our monthly First Thursday exhibits feature acclaimed artists during a special reception open to the public. Our fun Muse & Merlot painting parties are designed to help both beginning and experienced painters try something new in a relaxed setting. Monthly demonstrations from a wide range of artists in a variety of mediums are also open to the public. There's always something going on right here at the Art Center!
